The Goal
Drive site visits and enrollment for Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese in California during the open enrollment period.

The Strategy
Pivot created a targeted prospecting tactics to reach uninsured Asians in California. An Asian site whitelist was leveraged to ensure brand safety and contextually relevance. Pivot team utilized a retargeting layer to re-engage with the site drop-offs and push for enrollment. Additional tracking and optimization was implemented for the click-to-call links on the landing pages to drive actions to drive Asian visitors to call the Asian in-language customer service center.
