AAPI Voter Engagement

The Goal

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) sought to increase awareness amount AAPI voters across five distinct congressional districts using a blend of traditional and digital placements.

The Strategy

Across the five districts, Pivot  utilized DCCC’s 1st-party voter lists to deterministically reach registered AAPI voters while carefully layering in zip code and language targeting to maintain local AAPI support.  Leveraged multiple digital touchpoints to reach AAPI users where they spend the most time including YouTube, FaceBook, Snapchat, Display, OLV, Native Display, and High Impact Display
